Dr. KAVITA KUSHWAHA

Dr. Kavita Kushwaha is a Senior Medical officer at Millennium Cancer Center.

A medical graduate from GSVM Medical College, Kanpur in 2007 with ACLS Certificate from RGCI cancer institute and research center. She has worked with RGCI cancer institute and research center, Rohini as a Senior Medical officer for Medical Oncology and Hemato-oncology accumulating a total experience of 13+ yrs. During her career, she has gained widespread experience in the management of various malignancies like Lung cancer, breast cancer, GI Cancers and hematological malignancies etc. including emergency situations.

She is focused on improving cancer patients’ quality of life by contributing to their medical as well as emotional journey and also helping their families through the process. With her belief that ‘cancer does not affect a person it rather affects the whole family’ and her interest in palliative care, she is always learning newer concepts and ideas to help the patient and the family.
