  • Maintain a healthy Weight and attempt weight loss in case overweight or obese.
  • Adopt a physically active lifestyle engaging in at least 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity on 5 or more days of weak.
  • Consume a healthy diet, with at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables per day.
  • Limited ingestion of processed foods and red meats.
  • Limit alcohol to no more than one drink per day for women and two drinks per day for men.
